Amanda Gordon Leggett

Amanda graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2016 and has 5 years of professional massage experience. She offers massage for relaxation as well as massage that targets specific areas of the body with the goal of decreasing pain or assisting with healing. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and this allows her unique insights into the movement patterns and functional strength of her clients. She uses Swedish, deep tissue, and contract-relax techniques to help people get the most out of their massage.

She loves that massage helps people slow down and experience their bodies in ways that can be difficult to access in everyday life. As they feel better in their bodies and their movements, they find more appreciation for and harmony with their bodies. Massage is an awesome addition to any wellness plan - it can decrease pain, increase mobility, and help the body flush out toxins. These benefits help us to do more of the things we most enjoy.

Amanda also offers Table Thai massage, which includes pressing, rocking, gentle stretches, and circling techniques to encourage muscle release, relaxation, and energy balancing. These sessions are clothed sessions, and it is recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing for Table Thai work.
