Scheduling
If you do not receive a confirmation via email then your appointment may not have booked successfully. Please call to verify your appointment.

• In the drop-down menu below, select “Soak & Sauna”, and choose your desired interval of time by clicking “Select”.
• Choose “First Available”, regardless of when you’re booking, and click the “Continue” button to see the full availability and to pick your day and time.
Please ignore every other option that says “Soak”, and only choose “First Available”
• Once selected, click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom. From here it will have you log in/create to your Mindbody account and enter payment information.
•Select the card you wish to use to hold the appointment, verify your appointment details, and then click “Confirm Booking”. Wait until you see the green check saying, “You’re Booked!”
You will not be charged for services until the time of service.
• If you are booking for multiple people, please repeat these steps to create a separate appointment for each person attending. It’s alright if multiple appointments are all booked under the same name. -
• In the drop-down menu below, select your desired modality, and choose an option from the expanded list.
• Choose a practitioner to see their overall availability or select “First Available” to see the earliest appointments. Click the “Continue” button at the bottom to proceed.
For first available, once you select a time it will then show the practitioners name in the “Appointment Details” column.
• Once selected, click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom. From here it will have you log in/create to your Mindbody account and enter payment information.
• Select the card you wish to use to hold the appointment, verify your appointment details, and then click “Confirm Booking”. Wait until you see the green check saying, “You’re Booked!”
You will not be charged for services until the time of service.• Note that your massage will show additional time after your massage for the practitioner’s rest period. Please ignore this excess time.
• Soak and Sauna is not included with Wellness Services. (Call the front desk to pair additional services together). If you’re wanting to combine, note that the Bath House opens at 3pm on Wednesdays.
• If you would like help scheduling, or combining services please call our front desk.
• Payment information is required to book; however, you will not be charged until the time of your service. When booking you agree to our cancellation policies listed below.

Appointment reminders may show extra time at the end of your service to account for the practitioner’s rest period.
Please disregard, this time is not included as a part of your massage. Appointments will start at the chosen time, and end according to the duration selected.
Bath House Silent Hours: 10 am - 11 am & 9 pm - 10 pm
Bath House opens at 3pm on Wednesdays
Cancellation Polices
Practitioner Session
100% of the session price will be charged if cancelled, rescheduled or "no-showed"
less than 48 hours from the appointment start time.
Appointments are transferable if someone else is available to take your scheduled time. Individual practitioners may consider a fee reduction on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, yet wish to honor the time reserved for you and our practitioners.
Soak and Sauna
Please notify us at least 2 hours prior to your booking, otherwise 50%
of your bathhouse service price will be charged for all no-show appointments.
If we do not hear from you and you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited to allow space for others. If you need to cancel or are running late please notify us at (503) 238-1065. Choose Extension 1 for same-day appointments. If we are unable to answer your phone call a voicemail or text is sufficient notification.
EXISTING CLIENTS MAY EXPERIENCE AN ERROR WHEN LOGGING IN TO BOOK:
Mindbody has updated their software which has resulted in many clients experiencing difficulties with their pre-existing accounts, such as not recognizing your email and password, or that your account needs to be updated and it won’t let you proceed.
When prompted to log in use the Google or Apple icons if one of those emails applies to you, as this may bypass the error. Otherwise requesting a reset of your password may solve these login issues as well.
