What to Bring

• While our bathhouse is clothing optional, you are welcome to wear a bathing suit and dress to your comfort levels

• Bring a photo ID, such as a driver's license. We will hold it during your bathhouse visit. A copy of your ID is acceptable once matched with your actual ID.

• Bring your own towel, or rent one from us for $2.50 each. Some people like to have 2 towels, since we require all patrons to sit on a towel on all benches, including in the sauna- so if you want a fresh one to dry off with, bring two!

• Bring a non-glass water bottle. We have filtered drinking water at the sink station in the changing area, we have stainless steel water bottles for sale too. Make sure the bottle you bring isn't made of glass, since people are barefoot in the bathhouse.

• Bring a robe and/or sandals if you want them. Practitioners provide robes for soak and session combinations, but otherwise we do not offer robes at the bathhouse. We ask folks to remove their shoes if they have been worn outside, to keep the floors nice and clean for our barefoot bathers, so if you want to wear sandals, please make sure they are clean on the bottoms.

• If you need it, bring your own shampoo/conditioner. We have a mild coconut-oil based castile soap available for showering, but if you want something special to wash your hair with, bring it with you. Please, be mindful of strong scents, as some people are highly sensitive. Also, make sure they are in a non-glass container.

• Our lockers have built in locks, and you can set your own code. Make sure to lock up any valuables. Cell phones, tablets of any kind must be silenced or turned off during your visit, and left inside your locker for the duration of your bathhouse visit.

• You may bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, additionally we have snacks and beveraged for sale in our retail area at the front desk for purchase.
