Private Parties
Interested in bringing a private group to the Bathhouse?
We are excited to welcome you and your group to relax, recharge, and connect.
We offer private group reservations for groups up to 22 people, ages 5 and up. Groups reserve a private space for celebrations, milestones, bonding, and more. Friends, family, co-workers, volunteer groups, and cultural groups have all rented the space out.
You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks in non-breakable containers. We have a variety of drinks available to purchase, and filtered hot, room temperature, and cold water available. We have free lockers, mild coconut-based castile soap in our showers (unscented and lightly scented), and cups. We recommend folks bring a robe and shower sandals/flip flops. You are welcome to bring your own towels or people can rent them from us. We remain a clothing optional space but you can set guidelines for your group.
During your time staff will do routine walkthroughs of the space as they typically do for cleanliness, guest concerns, and space management. They will also be available at the front desk during your stay. Because we have body work happening in the rest of our space we still ask that folks be mindful of volume.
We clear out the bathhouse for 30 minutes prior to the start of your reservation time, clean it, and ensure that only your group will be there at the start of your reservation. People are booked at the time your reservation ends, so we ask that your whole group be in the lobby by the end of your reservation time - when you are booking please think carefully of how long you would like to stay, soak, and prepare to leave by showering and getting dressed. There is a late fee if the party stays late as it affects other guests who are booked after you - we want everyone to be able to enjoy the space.
A group reservation for 7 or more people requires a private party, due to sound concerns for other guests.
We offer reservations starting at 90 minutes.
Private Party Rental Length & Cost
90 minutes/1.5 hours: $700
120 minutes/2 hours: $875
150 minutes/2.5 hours: $1050
180 minutes/3 hours: $1200
210 minutes/3.5 hours: $1350
240 minutes/4 hours: $1500
To make a reservation please call us to find a time at 503-238-1065. We can not book private parties online at this time.
We will charge your card half the reservation fee to make the reservation. The remainder is payable at the time of booking. If you need to cancel there is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel with LESS than 48 hours from the start of your reservation your deposit (half the cost of the reservation) is forfeited.
We have everyone in the party read and sign our policies.
Private Party Community Rate
We offer a discounted 90-minute Private Party for community-serving organizations that book on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 10am. During this time, organizations can receive $200 off of the regular price (total of $500 instead of $700).
An organization does not need to be a nonprofit, 501c-3, or “official” organization to qualify for this discount. “Community-serving organizations" are defined as: groups that work to support communities through resources, advocacy, and/or community-building. Please let the front desk know if you are interested in booking this option.
