The private party reservation cost for 90 minutes is $700.

To secure the reservation you must pay a deposit of $350 upon making the reservation request.

Cancellation policy: 48 hour cancellation with a $25 cancellation fee. If canceled less than 48 hours in advance the $300 deposit is forfeited.

We will retain your cc info and charge the remaining $350 at the beginning of the reservation and we will retain your cc for use in the instance of damage or overtime use of the bathhouse. The late fee for overtime use is a $50 flat fee and $100 if time overage exceeds a half hour.

Please provide the names and phone numbers of all of the guests.

Upon arrival we will collect the final payment and hold your photo ID at the front desk.

The entire party must be in the lobby no later than 15 minutes after the 90 minute reservation to avoid additional charges. Everyone in the party must read and sign our Bathhouse Policies.

All party members must be respectful of the space and follow the Bathhouse Policies.

Staff will conduct walk-throughs and tub tests as usual.

You may bring snacks and nonbreakable nonalcoholic beverages into the courtyard area.

Guests can rent towels or bring their own.
