Personal Training (30 minutes or 60 minutes):

Amanda offers strength sessions for clients working on muscle activation, rehabilitation, and/or building foundational strength. Working with just a mat and a pair of 5-lb. dumbbells, we will build functional strength using your own body weight and the light dumbbell resistance. Amanda specializes in working with people healing from injuries and people with hypermobility.

Please note: this offering does not take place in a traditional gym setting.

Rates are $85 for an hour and $45 for a half hour. We encourage people to show up 15 minutes early to complete paperwork for their first session.
