Yarrow practices Massage & Bodywork through a trauma-informed, Integrative lens developed alongside teachers from different traditions and cultures since he began studying the Healing Arts in 2010. For over 15 years, he’s refined techniques that offer a unique blend of compassionate, deep, and intuitive touch that unwind pain patterns and tension in the body that restrict access to Freedom.

Healing & Liberation are a process - and often start from the Inside Out.

Humans are extremely innovative and complex, and it’s became far too easy to miss the Forest through the Trees. We are full of potential; yet often find ourselves out of balance due to technology, systematic life stressors, generational patterning and unresolved past experiences.

Those imbalances can create a myriad of physical, mental and emotional patterns that show up as pain and tension in our bodies. Through reducing stressors that tax the Nervous System and increasing Capacity for Presence, the body has an opportunity to return to Stillness and Homeostasis (Self-Healing).

Living with a degenerative Autoimmune Condition; Yarrow has walked a long and winding road that has fortified his vision and commitment to the transformation of Suffering. Evolving through a complex trauma history, 2 brain injuries, digestive struggles and Chronic Pain - he meets you with Presence and an immense amount of Compassion and Personal Experience.

He believes in the concept of Post-Traumatic Growth when our system decides we are ready.

This work is derived from a culmination of many techniques; including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Bodywork, Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage, Craniosacral Techniques, Subtle Energy & Sound therapies - as well as optional Somatics, Gestalt Coaching, and Herbal Wisdom.

Recently returning (as of October 2026) from a year-plus sabbatical into the world of plants and tending the Earth; Yarrow is re-imagining possibilities, and looks forward to co-creating Freedom from Pain and Personal Growth alongside You.
