Dalia Nazryan
(She/Her)
Over the course of the last 20 years, Dalia Nazryan (she/her) has developed an integrated career as a massage and craniosacral therapist, somatic social worker, yoga teacher, and sacred space holder. Her work is informed by a lifelong commitment to help people feel more free, relaxed, present and vital in their bodies and lives. She utilizes an integrative, accessible heart-centered and body-positive approach to healing and relaxation that makes use of a wide range of therapeutic bodywork modalities including Visionary Craniosacral Work, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, abdominal massage, Lomi Lomi, hot stones, pre/post-natal massage and oncology massage.
Dalia also works with clients, upon request, to address mental health concerns and navigate life transitions using Somatic Therapy, psychedelic and spiritual integration therapies, and Trauma-Informed Brain-Sensitive Yoga Therapy. She grounds her work in the fundamental belief that the mind, body and spirit are deeply and inextricably connected in exquisite and mysterious ways. With this orientation, she draws upon modalities that help bridge the fissures often present between these central aspects of self to support people in re-member-ing, recovering, and reclaiming their fundamental wholeness and sovereignty.
Dalia is passionate about the work she does and shows up for it with attentiveness, focus, nurturance, and love. In her free time, she enjoys foraging for wild mushrooms, paddleboarding, making music, petting dogs and cats, and gardening. She’s honored to be a part of the Common Ground community and looks forward to working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their wellness goals.
