Hanna Kim
(She/Her)
Hanna was introduced to cooperative organizational structures through Co-Cycle, a cooperative cross-country cycling trip from Seattle to Boston, which she participated in during college. This trip also sparked her growing interest in outdoor recreation and along with it, a desire to learn to maintain longevity in pain-free movement.
After completing studies focused on Intercultural Communication in college, she attended the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado, where she learned an integrative style of massage that combines different modalities to support clients’ varying needs. She's worked in clinical settings to provide rehabilitation-focused massage therapy, using deep tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive/active stretch and cupping.
Clients who enjoy her style of bodywork tend to be seeking relief from chronic pain; for example due to a past injury, accident, or from repeat motion patterns. She also works with clients looking to take time for themselves to ground into their bodies and de-stress with a deeply relaxing massage.
She’s looking forward to getting to know the PNW by exploring the mountains with her corgi, Mr. Peppers, and becoming a part of the community here.
