Jan van Es, MAcOM, LAc has been in practice for over 20 years. He graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2004 and worked in the Mind-Body Medicine program at Mid-Columbia Medical Center, a Planetree Hospital, for 15 years. He treated a wide range of chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders. In addition, Jan was staff acupuncturist at Celilo Cancer Center at MCMC, treating the side effects of chemo and radiation therapy, as well as providing supportive therapy for patients in post-treatment recovery.

Jan treats a wide range of sports injuries, chronic and acute pain, as well as offering supportive treatment for those going through cancer therapy. He incorporates the full spectrum of East Asian Medicine into his treatments in order to achieve the best results possible for his clients.

He is certified in Oncology Acupuncture, a member of the American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA) for Tuina and has completed Duke University’s course in Nutrition for Lifelong Health and Wellness.
