Luna Moth Massage is a nervous system-centered bodywork practice founded by Rachel, a nurse and public health professional with a background in therapeutic massage, family wellness, and trauma-aware care. Rooted in the understanding that the body and nervous system are deeply interconnected, Luna Moth offers gentle, intentional support for infants, children, adults, and families seeking regulation, restoration, and reconnection.

Specializing in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) — a light-touch approach that works with the body’s fascia, craniosacral system, and nervous system patterns — sessions are designed to support tension release, sensory regulation, emotional processing, and overall well-being without forceful manipulation. This work is especially supportive for babies and infants, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and individuals with highly sensitive nervous systems, including those navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, sensory processing differences, or ASD.

Drawing from nursing, massage therapy, somatic awareness, and public health perspectives, Luna Moth approaches healing through a compassionate, whole-person lens that honors safety, consent, and the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right environment and support.
