Spring Sliding Scale Soak & Sauna

From May 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026, we’re offering pay-what-you-can access to the bathhouse every Tuesday from 2pm - 10pm.
This includes our Tuesday general hours (2pm - 6:30pm)
and Affinity Hours (7pm - 10pm).

Please note, the Spring Sliding Scale Soak & Sauna does NOT apply to massages or other practitioner sessions.

How do I decide how much to pay?

Upon arrival, you’ll be invited to self-select how much to pay for your bathhouse session. We ask that clients reflect on their financial status as they decide on their pricing. The Green Bottle Method, which you can see below, is a helpful tool. This assessment was created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.

Do I have to pay at the Supporter Rate, Standard Rate, or Community Rate?

We offer suggested payment amounts to help folks think about where they may fall on the spectrum of financial privilege. You may select any amount to pay for your bathhouse entry, starting at zero dollars and up to any dollar amount.

Why is this a temporary promotion?

As a small co-op, Common Ground is committed to finding ways to increase access to our services while also maintaining financial sustainability. This is a temporary promotion as we assess the impact of this program and whether it is feasible for us to expand it in the future.

Why do I have to enter a credit card to book my soak & sauna?

We require a CC number for all bookings, and we take payment upon arrival to your appointment. You can view our cancellation policies by clicking here.

How does this impact Tuesday evening Affinity Hours?

The Spring Sliding Scale Soak & Sauna takes place From May 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026. For these months, we’re offering pay-what-you-can access to the bathhouse every Tuesday from 2pm - 10pm, which includes our Tuesday evening Affinity Hours from 7pm - 10pm. During the months of May, June, and July of 2026, the Tuesday Affinity Hours will be pay-what-you-can.

Is there a time limit on soaking during these hours?

We ask that people visit the bathhouse for a maximum of two hours.

Can I donate to support this program?

Yes! You can ask a front desk member to donate any amount to our Community Fund, which helps support those paying on the lower end of our sliding scale.
