Bodywork

Cancellation Policy
In order to allow for smoother operations and to ensure more efficient use of our soaking tub and sauna, we are introducing a new cancellation policy for bathhouse appointments.
To cancel your appointment, please notify us at least two hours prior to your booking, otherwise 50% of your bathhouse service price will be charged for all no-show appointments.
If we do not hear from you and you are more than 1 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited. If you need to cancel, or are running late, please notify us at (503) 238-1065. Choose extension 1 for same-day appointments. If we are unable to answer your phone call, a voicemail is sufficient notification.
(Please note: this is separate from our massage cancellation policy, and only applies to the bathhouse.)
Health Insurance
Many of our practitioners accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance claims. Please call to schedule with a practitioner that offers this service and have your auto insurance company name, claim number, and your adjuster's name and phone number ready.
Our chiropractor, naturopaths, and acupuncturists take most forms of health insurance. Please check their individual profiles to find contact information to verify your coverage prior to your appointment.
If you have verified that we do indeed take your insurance, you may book your appointment online and add in the appointment notes that you would like us to bill your insurance along with your date of birth and your insurance details if we have not already collected it.
Lastly, even if we are billing your insurance we still require a current credit card on file in order to hold your appointment reservation and to cover any co-pays, cancellation fees or amounts that your insurance did not cover. You will NOT be charged upon booking your appointment and you will be notified if you owe a balance.
